The Bible: The Anchor of Creation

Scripture as living Word rather than religious text - the Bible as the golden thread holding heaven and earth tethered, unlocked only through the same Spirit that breathed it into being.

Cover of The Bible: The Anchor of Creation

A reading of Scripture as the architecture of God's Kingdom, not merely a religious text. This book traces the fall into self-reliance from the Garden onward, and points toward the only way back: surrender to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Excerpts

Preface

The Bible is so much more than a religious text. It is the living breath of God — a divine mirror through which all creation is seen, known, and held together. In its pages, the voice of the Eternal speaks to every generation, not as echo or relic, but as living reality. Through it, the Holy Spirit reveals the mind of our Creator, the architecture of His Kingdom, and the eternal rhythm by which all things were made.

Chapter 2

In the Garden, Adam and Eve — innocent and untested — fell for the lie of self-reliance. In choosing independence over intimacy, they broke covenant with God and fell into bondage to the world and the things of the world. This mirrors every human journey from birth to encounter. A child enters this world pure, yet soon learns to trust the senses and desires of the flesh. Our minds, born of this world, become the very lenses through which we interpret it — and so they are captive to it. We cannot trust the unrenewed mind, for it speaks with the voice we most easily believe — our own. It tells us what we wish to hear, and so deceives us softly. Only by surrendering to the guidance of the Holy Spirit can clarity and peace be restored.
